二 | 　　市统计局坚持利用雷锋活动月等重要时间节点，组织党员参观雷锋纪念馆、到雷锋学院学习深造，不断提升党员干部对学雷锋的思想认识，深入传播雷锋精神。坚持以“在职党员进社区”、与社区互融共建为载体，充分发挥行业优势，通过普及统计法、宣传普查、整治环境卫生等形式多样的活动，为民服务暖民心。

三 | 成立学雷锋志愿服务队，组织开展献血、走访慰问、疫情防控等义务服务活动，以实际行动为群众解决困难。　　市统计局加大对宏观经济多维度统计监测分析力度，提高监测的及时性和精准度，确保全面、真实、客观地反映全市经济社会发展成果。每年给市委、市政府领导报送统计分析近30篇、重要统计信息20余篇、重点工作报告10余篇。

四 | 推进部门间联合调研、联合研判、联合攻关、联合培训机制，实现数据共享、信息互通的大统计格局。

五 | 以服务基层统计为工作出发点，打开统计服务思维，提供实用性强、针对性高的业务指导和专业培训。对重点企业、重点项目统计指导超50次。构建市、县两级统计系统网络视频会议系统，打造以“抚顺统计”微信公众号、官方网站为依托的统计数据发布平台。　　与此同时，市统计局着力发挥调查单位名录库基础性作用，筑牢统计系统“先入库后上数”思想认识，严格执行国家统计调查制度，严把“入库、审核、核查”三道关口，落实“机审、人核、抽查”三结合的在线数据审核机制，夯实源头数据质量。每年坚持开展“统计法律法规”进党校、“中国统计开放日”宣传等活动。
