原标题：山东潍坊：申请公积金贷款缴存时限从连续12个月降至6个月以上9月13日，澎湃新闻从潍坊市住房公积金管理中心官网获悉，山东省潍坊市出台《关于优化调整住房公积金贷款政策的通知》。《通知》显示，为加大对职工购房消费的支持保障力度，更好地满足广大缴存职工公积金贷款购房需求，经研究决定，自2022年9月16日起，调整潍坊市住房公积金贷款有关政策。一是调整贷款额度测算指标的规定，按照新政，取消“按缴存比例、贷款次数、职工单方或双方缴存公积金确定贷款额度上限”的规定。二是调整借款人申请贷款缴存公积金时限的规定，新政显示，将借款人申请贷款缴存公积金时限由“借款人连续足额缴存住房公积金12(含)个月以上”调整为“借款人连续足额缴存住房公积金6(含)个月以上”。    Former Smash Mouth lead singer Steve Harwell is receiving hospice care treatment at home, a representative confirmed to CBS News Sunday. The artist — whose band is known for hits including "All Star" and "Walkin' on the Sun" — is being cared for by his fiancé, according to representative Robert Hayes. "My only additional comment is that we would hope that people would respect Steve and his family's privacy during this difficult time," Hayes said to CBS News. 

             

Harwell was previously diagnosed with cardiomyopathy, a form of heart disease.       Smash Mouth was formed in 1994. Harwell was with the band until 2021, when he retired. Zach Goode became the band's frontman last year, according to Smash Mouth's website.
